A gift voucher is used only once upon receipt, regardless of its original face value:
-if the price of the chosen products (goods) is less than the face value of the gift vouchers, the rest will not be refunded;
-If the price of the selected products (goods) exceeds the face value of the gift vouchers, the buyer must pay the remaining amount.
A gift voucher cannot be redeemed. No return is possible. The amount paid will not be refunded.
Each gift voucher has an expiry date of 1 year after the purchase date. After 1 year, the gift certificate becomes invalid, the amount, which had been paid for the gift certificate cannot be refunded.
In case of loss, the gift voucher will not be blocked and the issue of a duplicate is not possible.
