Terms of use

1. General provisions.

- Our online shop provides services regarding the sale of handmade goods within and outside the EU.

- The Regulations of our online shop apply to all goods pictured on the website unless otherwise stated.

- The administration of the online shop has the right to add, change, update, or delete rules on the website without prior notice.

- When using the services of "ArinKaSoap", the buyer accepts the shop's rules, which are described in this section.

2. Prices.

All prices, listed on the site, are quoted in euros.

Shipping costs and special packaging are not included in the prices. Price and delivery time are specified in the 'Payment and Delivery ' section. All additional costs related to the processing and shipping of the order at the buyer's special request and not specified in the Section of 'Payment and Delivery " will be negotiated with the buyer before final payment.

3. Ordering goods not present in the catalogue.

In the shop "ArinKaSoap" there is a possibility to order articles, which do not appear in the catalogue. Please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

4. Exchange and returns.

Due to the nature of the products we manufacture and sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us.

5. Privacy policy.

Personal data about the buyer shall be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the placing of orders. No personal data of the buyer are transferred to third parties.

6. Force majeure.

No execution of orders can be guaranteed in case of force majeure. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded in full within a period of 3 working days.

7. Packaging.

Each soap is packed in a plastic bag and tied or decorated by other method. This is standardised packaging and this is included in the price. Moreover, we have provided special gift packs for the soaps in my online shop. They can be found in different shapes, sizes and colours. To order a handmade soap in gift packaging, make a selection in the Gift Packaging section

8. Term.

Accepted in processing and generated order is valid for five (5) working days and must be paid within this period. After the expiry of this period, outstanding orders are automatically cancelled. Paid orders will be sent by post or via the transport company kiala.be as soon as possible. Please note that 2-5 days are required for processing an order and then 1-3 days for delivery within Belgium and up to a few weeks for other countries, unless otherwise stated in the description. If your order is urgent, we recommend you to definitely contact us.

9. Complaints and liability

You have the obligation to examine upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must notify the Seller in writing, stating reasons, as soon as possible and in any event within 24 hours of delivery. If it is demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, the seller has the choice of replacing the products in question with new products upon their return or refunding the invoice value thereof. Although we try to advise and inform you as well as possible about the products and their use, we do not bear any responsibility for: incorrect use and/or injuries, damage, side effects or allergic reactions resulting from the use of the products. Our products are in no way to be regarded as medicines, they only have a supporting character. In case of persistent complaints you should consult a doctor at all times.
